My package has been held up in Customs…
My package has been held up in Customs for three months now because MyUS submitted an incorrect value for my package without consulting me. And then MyUS charged ME $20 to submit corrected paperwork and almost a month later my package is still in Customs. This is the SECOND time it has happened that a package was delayed in Customs for over six weeks because of incorrect paperwork on the part of MyUS.
