It took a few days to get the device right. But working fine now. Just forgot to push the buttons. Be sure to watch video when sent to email for directions. I had to watch it twice. I missed a few things the first time. It feels great on my sore spots. I told my daughter about it. She going to try mine to see if it’s something she wants to purchase.
