We haven't had any issues with our phone service. Switching our phones over was a process.... but eventually, we got it!... I almost gave up and wanted to go back to Verizon... But after activation, overall our experience has been flawless... And much less than our Verizon monthly bill.... although we're still technically with Verizon...... which makes us wonder why Verizon doesn't just offer their costs the same!?!
