had the worst experience! placed my order CAMY260700879, ten working days ago.and the status hadnt budged since. contacted the customer service back and forth through their emails and whatsapp- only recieved template written response and still no progress. i even offfered to change the iphone model to an available stock as i am in urgent need of a new phone, but they still press on the fact that the order is still "processing". I will file for KPDN report if the issue persists.
