The process to get a loan was simple. I had a good credit score. BUT. They gave me a loan at 22% which I took because I was desperate. Then came problems, major health issues, death in family and the economy being the worst in years. I called to see if they can give me a temporary deferment and was denied. I was a little over a month late and the only way they can help was if it was less than 30 days. I would need to get caught up. Well, now I can’t pay and they aren’t getting any money. While I’m not sure my options yet, I know this isn’t good for them either. Way to work with your customers! I regret getting the loan and will never work with this company again.
