Customer Service
I was communicating with Paul K for over two weeks on the trip to Bangkok, Thailand round trips from San Antonio, TX. He was very patient and spent as much time as I needed to satisfy my needs. He was calling, texting, and emailing me the number of times until we get to the point when are all done and satisfied. Paul K's customer service skills are exceptional. His professionalism, patience and willingness to assist was greatly appreciated and made planning for our trip much easier than we expected. It has been a great pleasure dealing with Paul. I highly recommend Paul K for anyone seeking a travel agent who goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable and hassle-free travel experience. He’s the great representative. I am very pleased.
