Investor financing
I am a self employed real estate investor. Which means normal lenders generally dislike me. Lending One was able to provide me funding options that I would not have otherwise had. I was able to obtain a construction bridge loan based on the assets in my portfolio, and my experience in rehabilitating properties. I worked with Lending One for over a year on this project. They provided the construction loan, and refinanced the property into a conventional loan upon completion of the project. It was incredibly helpful having one single point of contact throughout the process. My loan officer, David, helped me out immensely. As with any construction project, there were a couple bumps along the road. My loan officer was always available to provide me guidance, and help me work things out. Their services were a little costly, and the contracts were failing stringent, but it enabled me to undertake a project that would not have happened otherwise. I will work with them in the future when I start my next project.
