DO NOT BUY – Extremely Disappointing Experience
I strongly regret purchasing this cookware. What arrived was nothing like the quality or presentation I expected from the advertising. The packaging was damaged, and the cookware itself arrived dented and damaged. For the price paid, the quality was completely unacceptable. What has made this experience even worse is the customer service and refusal to allow me to return the cookware for a refund. I have made multiple attempts to resolve the issue, yet instead of taking responsibility for supplying damaged goods, I have been left frustrated and out of pocket. The entire experience has left me feeling that the product was grossly misrepresented. The marketing creates an impression of premium, quality cookware, but my actual experience was the complete opposite. I would not recommend this company or its cookware. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise potential customers to think twice before handing over their money. Once they have your payment, getting a satisfactory resolution appears to be another matter entirely. For me, this has been a total waste of money and an extremely disappointing customer experience.
