Not what was advertised, and no real resolution
I ordered two Tevara outdoor lounge chaises based on the listing photos, which show a crisp white bed with clean, tailored cushions. What actually arrived was nothing like it. The covers are a cheap off-yellow, not the white shown online, and even the seams don't match the product images. Side by side, it looks like a completely different, lower quality product to the one I paid for. I set up just one to check, and the quality was so obviously off that I left the second one boxed. I contacted Homary straight away with side by side comparison photos. To their credit they reply quickly and politely, but that's where it ends. Every message was another version of "we've forwarded it to the manufacturer" and "we've escalated to a supervisor," with no actual decision on a refund or replacement and no timeframe. Lots of warm words, no resolution. If you're relying on the listing photos to know what you're getting, be careful, because in my case the real product didn't come close. Disappointing for what wasn't a cheap purchase.
