My experience with Spree has been HORRIFYING
My experience with Spree has been extremely disappointing. What started as an issue I genuinely hoped Spree would work with me to resolve has turned into a complete lack of meaningful customer support or accountability. I contacted Spree multiple times and asked for a reasonable explanation of how they reached their decision regarding my situation. I also repeatedly requested written documentation supporting their decision and direct contact information for a manager, supervisor, or appropriate department. Instead of addressing those specific requests, I continued receiving generic responses that did not actually answer my questions. Now, my account has been blocked, and the login screen simply states: “Your account has been blocked please contact support Customer Support.” There is no explanation for the block, no clear appeal process, and no information explaining what specific policy was relied upon. At this point, their actions make it difficult to believe there is an ongoing investigation. It appears that Spree has already made its decision, denied any meaningful resolution, blocked my account, and is unwilling to provide the documentation or direct contact information I have repeatedly requested. What has been most frustrating is not simply the outcome it is the way the situation has been handled. Customers should be able to receive a clear explanation when significant decisions are made regarding their accounts and funds. Repeatedly asking for basic information and receiving generic or copy-and-pasted responses is not an acceptable way to handle a serious customer dispute. I have saved my emails, responses, policies, screenshots, and documentation and have escalated the matter accordingly. My biggest concern is the lack of transparency and accountability. I would strongly encourage anyone using Spree to understand the company’s policies and know what options they have if something goes wrong. Based on my experience with customer service, communication, account access, and the handling of my dispute, I cannot recommend Spree.
