I bought a piece of equipment from Garvee and never received it. After multiple attempts to resolve this with them, they insisted it was delivered and told me to file a police report. That response is completely unacceptable. They took my money, failed to get the item to me, and then washed their hands of the problem by pushing responsibility onto me and the police. No proper investigation, no replacement, no refund—just “it was delivered, go file a report.” This experience has left me with zero confidence in their shipping, tracking, or customer service. Do not buy from Garvee if you want any assurance that you’ll actually receive what you paid for, or that they’ll stand behind the order if something goes wrong.
