XL bed is actually small, no response to 2 emails, Order #428667
I ordered the XL dog bed for $89, expecting something that could comfortably fit a large dog. What arrived was nowhere close to XL. I emailed customer service twice and have not received a response either time. For an $89 product, I expected accurate sizing and at least a reply when something goes wrong. I’m not asking for anything unreasonable, a proper replacement, refund, or partial credit would resolve this. Right now I’m being ignored entirely. If a rep sees this: Order #428667. Please reach out.
