Still no product shipped after 6 weeks
I ordered my first prescription of minoxidil on July 7th. I was charged the full amount for the order and it still hasn’t shipped to me almost 6 weeks later. Your fulfillment process is not working and I should not have been charged until the product shipped. Communication about the issue is lacking as well
