Excellent wonderful experience. Every day since I have purchased this wonderful little Yorkie, some surprising email of Support and personal suggestions to that particular little Yorkie. Of mine are there. Each representative reaches out and send some little message specific to our puppy, set up conferences with the amazing breeder. They are knowledgeable, full of love for what they do and want to pass along to us personal support on this journey of helping us receive and enjoy our little puppy. this is not feel like customer service when you think of just that word they go above and beyond, and not only represent the company with great honor, but their own character that reflects in the conversations and efforts.
