Best before dates in the past
I ordered items that had advertised best before dates that were several months out. When they arrived, three items had expired. Apparently the "September" expiration date was actually just a "we reckon it will be okay" expiration date, two months later than the real one. And the bread was stale. So, I reached out to ask for a refund on the stale bread, and they refused it. I also agree with the other review that the amount of single-use plastic in the packaging was appalling and so goes against their claims of sustainability. My first, and so - obviously - last experience.
