Problems with Grailzee's Shipping
The auction process and connection to watch sellers was very smooth. Unfortunately, after paying for the watch, Grailzee's shipping process with the third party authenticator broke down. It has now been 5 days since I paid for a luxury watch and I still have no tracking number or way to confirm when/if the watch will arrive. Their customer support is now email-only -- they disconnected their support phone number -- and although someone generally responds quickly, the responses are not helpful.
