A few days ago I reached out to Oura regarding a concern I had with my ring. The team seamlessly between two team members and their chat tool recognized my issue and resolved it very quickly. What impressed me most is the team took ownership of the issue and resolved to fix it for me without me needing to ask. It was a great experience from the first contact to the final resolution email.
