I have been an e-rewards member for many many years. I enjoy taking the surveys but am bummed when I get deep into the survey, it spits me out and says I don’t qualify. I have had numerous issues getting my digital gift card codes, especially with the Uber gift card. I spent a whole week contacting customer service and them contacting me to try and get it resolved. After a lengthy time frame and help from upper management I was able to get a gift card code. Other rewards, like Target, I can just click and print. Not sure why Uber is so challenging. I wish after 2 years the rewards were updated. Include Amazon gift cards or Ace Hardware store gift cards would be nice.
