First, their warehouse falsely claimed I sent the wrong model. When I provided undeniable proof from my official Samsung account registration that the model and IMEI matched perfectly, they immediately shifted their story and claimed the screen was suddenly "cracked and damaged." This is blatant fabrication. It is not even about the money anymore—it is about a complete lack of integrity. They have lost a customer for life, and I will never buy another Samsung product.
