At no point in the process did I ever feel any pressure or shame for needing this kind of assistance with the depth of debt I have ended up in. Joel was a pleasure to speak with, answered all of my questions, and was patient with me when I needed to retrieve more information or "do the math" to answer his questions. The solution I was given feels achievable and the app provides transparency of everything going on with my money and accounts they're working with on my behalf.
