Very bad airline shame on them
Very bad airline shame on them. Bad name for Malaysia. Flight was on 3pm then boarded but somehow plane got problem and wait for 2 hours before people start angry complaining then only they ask to disembark and wait until 6.30pm for another flight with no details of boarding/departure time. We go pray for a bit due to their lateness and we came back at 6.35pm they already close the gate but the plane still there. Staff say cannot open anymore and have to buy another ticket ?! wtf moments ! just want to take our money
