I am very passionate about customer service and support but it was my first time doing an AI interview I was home on my own with no support I was nervous, I could've gotten support if I was in their offices and maybe I was going to get the job, because I needed it. I wish there was an option to get a second chance to come and do the interview one last time in the offices after an AI try
