I haven't really noticed much hair growth, but I have noticed less hair fall. My hair feels healthier and looks Fuller.

Did nothing for me, don't waste your money.
Tried both flavors, they were okay, didn't notice any difference in skin. Weight hair. It didn't change thing. I would say it's not worth it for the price
