I unfortunately had to cancel my trip due to a medical reason and the team I spoke to went above and beyond to help me during such a stressful situation get it all sorted. I spoke to a few team members but towards the end it was Keren who really helped me. You never had to wait days for a response, it was always the same day. When it is safe to travel again I will 100% be going through these guys because they were professional, helpful and understanding the whole way through. Thanks again team! Absolute outstanding service!
