Unfortunately very disappointing
The entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. I joined almost 6 weeks ago and haven’t been able to take a single dose of medication yet. First order never arrived. The second order was delayed by FedEx for 2 weeks and arrived warm. Then spent weeks waiting to be “advised” by the pharmacy about the safety of that med and never heard back. The third order was approved almost a week ago and has not yet shipped. I paid a good deal of money up front and so far have received zero usable product in return. That said, customer service is always fairly prompt, kind, and considerate. Just never able to find any true resolution and it feels as if I will never be able to actually get things started. When I should be approaching two months in, which is so upsetting. Growing increasingly hard to stay patient after so many weeks of waiting. Not at all what I expected from this journey.
