I honestly don't believe this is a legit business. Yesterday, August 10 I downloaded and installed the app. So far so good. Got the measurements. Again, so far so good. Found the suit I was going to order and put in my credit card information. Then nothing. The 4digit verification code never came. I was never able to input shipping/billing address. After 3 attempts I tried to make contact with mtailor. Once through the chat via website, twice via email to help@ and support@ and I called a 415 telephone #. Today I called an 888# and it simply didn't go through. If they are legitimately in business it would take some serious convincing.
