Battery received from OneXPlayer, still missing Apex replacement batteries
I have not received the battery yet. It does have a valid tracking number, and I can track its movement. Also, I have ordered batteries through the Indiegogo promotion for the Apex that I have not received yet. I was also given a tracking number, but the tracking site says it’s invalid. I have been waiting since June, but the status of the shipment from the Indiegogo promotion has not changed. Very unpleasant experience. -Edit- I have received my battery from the OneXplayer store. The battery came in an AOKZOE handheld case. I tried to charge the battery in the Official battery dock, but it wouldn’t charge. I later found out I needed to update the battery dock to recognize updated batteries for the Apex. I found instructions on the OneXPlayer Discord page. After the process, the battery was charged to full, and I tested both with the Apex handheld and with the tether. The battery works great until 20% power and throttles the system’s Frame rate to 20. I found out again on the Discord page that there will be a later update to remove this, but I’m fine with the condition the battery is in now, because it doesn’t stutter as the old battery did. I am raising my experience to 4 stars only because I still have not received the replacement batteries from the Apex Indiegogo promotion. I emailed their support staff about the situation.
