Very bad experience with The fitment
Very bad experience with Tire Agent. I entered all the correct information for my GMC Sierra, and their website said the wheels were a perfect fit. When they arrived, they rubbed against the brake calipers and required additional modifications to work. They told me I should have taken the wheels to a mechanic to verify the fit, which defeats the purpose of their online fitment system. Customers rely on the compatibility information they provide. I ended up spending more than expected because of their incorrect fitment recommendation, and they offered no refund or solution. I will not buy wheels from Tire Agent again.
