Ossy provided excellent customer service throughout my experience with Nuvio. He was very responsive, helpful, and easy to work with while addressing the issues I experienced with my Recovery Chiller. He also helped me navigate my options for purchasing a new chiller and made the process much easier. I really appreciated his communication and follow-through throughout the process. Great customer service from start to finish.
