So far I’ve had nothing but a positive experience. Placed an order for a Blackfin XL and realized right away I had used an old shipping address. I responded to my order confirmation email explaining my mishap, and Kurstine was able to get the address change done before the board left the warehouse. It’s the little extra effort like this that will keep us coming back. I’m already pleased and haven’t even tried the product yet.
