Horrendous Customer Service
Absolutely the worst company we have EVER worked with! I'm not sure how they have good reviews as every single order has been late by weeks. We ordered 3 months ago and have still not received our goods. Fedex has been holding it as 360onlineprint made a mistake and they cannot get in contact with anyone at the company. This company is absolutely a scam and the customer service is non existent. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. Update: Of course I received the same autogenerated response as everyone else on this site because they don't use actual human beings. I will not post the order number here, but you can message me directly. The link attached does no good, since I've created multiple tickets already that go unanswered. I cannot stress it enough how terrible this company is. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs.
