I had 2 missing bags from my very first order and Ivane was extremely helpful and kind. He replaced my missing order fast and also helped me set up my scheduled renewal bags for every 2 months. His emails to me came the same day I emailed him no waiting days for a reply and I really liked his prompt response. He was professional and in the future I hope to deal with him again if I ever have a question about my orders.
