great product, ugly marketing
the products are great. i have the day cream and night cream and they’re working wonders for my skin. my skin is less red, smoother, even toned, softer and has a dewy complexion. i have a glow that i’ve been trying to get from makeup for many years. i now use less makeup, no foundation for sure. i also was sent the wrong product originally and froya let me keep the product and the eye sent me the correct one immediately as soon as i told them about the issue. very good customer service. i wish they wouldn’t us AI for customer service but it was effective. i also really dislike their branding/marketing. it’s very cheesy and makes the whole experience feel cheesy because they use AI generated images. i wondered for a long time if froya was legitimate before i ordered because their marketing sucks and is ugly. great products though!
