I have been waiting a full month with a terrible leaking water heater. I have called at least 8 times, been lied to on several recorded conversations, still have no path forward. Water heater is only 3 years old but I am not original homeowner so manufacture warranty doesn't transfer. I provided this document and they still won't move forward. Water heater is going to blow out any day now and I have a finished basement. I feel they are just hoping I breach contract and call an emergency y plumber. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. I get a different answer every single time I call them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
