Not only is their coffee absolutely amazing, but their customer service is truly top notch! I recently thought I hadn’t received my free gift, so I reached out to Dose. Without hesitation or any questions asked, they were willing to send me a replacement. A couple of days later, I discovered the original gift tucked away in a kitchen drawer, my mother-in-law, who is living with us and experiencing some memory decline, had hidden it. I immediately reached back out to Dose to let them know I had found the original and no longer needed the replacement. I explained the situation, and their response was so understanding, kind, and cheerful that I honestly felt like I was talking to an old friend! It’s not just great coffee that makes a company stand out, it’s how they treat their customers. Dose has definitely earned a loyal customer in me!
