Dapow - great idea, no after-sale support
I bought a fabulous machine from Dapow. A treadmill that converts to a rowing machine for home use. Tremendous idea. Unfortunately, their customer support is non-existent. The cable for the rowing machine element has snapped. The company dies not reply to emails nor does it offer any opportunity to buy spares. Avoid them. Great idea. Awful execution.
