I used Heavy mode, regenerated multiple times as support told me to, and GPTZero still came back 61% AI. It also mangled my writing, returning things like "at that time approximately formerly at roughly1500 points higher" (missing space included). Their refund policy only pays out if you've used under 1,000 words, which is void under s 64 of the Australian Consumer Law. They repeated it in five emails without addressing that, while offering me 30%, then 50%, then 60%, then 70%, each described as "the maximum we can apply." Companies confident in their policy don't quadruple their offer in a week. Australians: that word-count condition doesn't bind you, and your bank can reverse the charge as service not as described.
