Horrific customer service
Horrific customer service. Delivered a box 3 days late and products spoiled. Confirmed they would replace & credit me for the next month after I fought to speak to someone beyond a robot. Initial agent misinformed me then good job did nothing to resolve the situation of their own teams error. Agents sound like they’re reading scrips and resolved nothing. Going back to Omaha. Good Chop had every opportunity to make it right and failed miserably
