Solving my problem in 5 minutes
What made my experience great was the facility to solve my problem, I had the battery issue with my oura since like 2 months and sincerely I thought of buying thw whoop because I wanted to skip all the process of puting the claim, having to explain what was the failure and waiting the long processs it normally takes to replace an item for failure but to my surprise the help team of oura solve my problem in like 5 minutos (no joking), I was surprised the easy it was to have my oura replaced, I am really satisfied with the customer service and with the oura in general, thank you.
