long pending online order
Order ID : CAMY260800408 placed order on 13 Aug 2026 and still under pending. i chatted and emailed them quite frequently and respond still same. i requested to collect from physical store, they cant do that "your device is still in the processing stage. Due to a higher-than-usual volume of orders" what kind of stage exactly? understand that stock availability can change, but customers should be provided with accurate and timely information, especially after payment has been made and an order has been confirmed also "With every purchase of our device, we provide you with a 1-month warranty. The warranty starts on the date of purchase." this is useless warranty claim TnC. it should be date of delivered imo with this kind of long processing time edit: received my parcel on 9/11/26. all good. phone doesnt update since 2024. flawless condition
