Melek is Wonderful!
Melek was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout our Vancouver and Alaska group trip. She was proactive, attentive, and genuinely invested in ensuring every detail came together seamlessly. After the trip, she personally followed up to gather feedback and celebrate the group's success, which speaks volumes about her dedication to her clients. Every aspect of the program was well-executed, from the city touring and restaurant arrangements to the hotel-to-port transfer. Her thoughtful planning gave us the flexibility to make minor adjustments on the fly while still keeping everything running smoothly. Most importantly, she truly cares about the travel experience and takes pride in her work. I highly recommend Melek and look forward to working with her again on future groups!
