I would have chosen 0 stars but not sure the system would allow it. I had a small job, mounting a TV on a wall scheduled for Sat Aug 8th and they no called, no showed. I didn't get upset as I saw on the website that I t had been rescheduled for Aug 12 @ 1:00 which is today. I get a text from the contractor saying he's running 20 mins late. Again, no problem. My wife had a very important post operative appointment but her best friend took her so I could stay home and wait for the contractor. At 2:36 I called Angi's customer service as he still had not shown up. I was told he had to reschedule but nobody informed me. Now I'm livid. I said okay, we can reschedule but I expect this service to be done at no charge to me. They said, we can't do that as we don't control the contractor's schedule. The best they would do is offer me $10 off. Long story short... I will never use Angi's list again. They suck!
