Cuts customer service is terrible
8/11/26 “Cuts customer service is terrible. They did not send an item and did not issue a refund or replacement. They directed us to dispute the charge via credit card instead. As a first time customer, this is frustrating” 8/15/26 “This revision in review from a 1 star to 3 star is from the fact that after I wrote this review, I had a customer service person escalate the issue and issue me a refund and give store credit. Grateful for the correction but definitely not a smooth experience.”
