Grace
From the beginning of our interactions, Grace quickly picked up on needing to put a lot of details so I could understand. Grace was full of grace! Grace was extremely patient with me as I took longer times to locate things on the computer. I don’t think I would have gotten this taken care of without Grace. She’s a star!
