I contacted support for my issue of having my gel packs falling out of the pendants. Glisson and Julia got in contact with me and gave me some tips to help keep them in with very active dogs and they replaced the ones that fell out. Very happy with their customer service. Great company that stands behind their products and one of the few I've found that Actually work to keep ticks and fleas in the woods and not on my animals.
