Don't use Airpaz
Don't use Airpaz. Seriously. We booked 7 flights through Airpaz, so this was a lot of money on the line. The airline changed our flight schedule, and the new itinerary had our return flight leaving just 30 minutes after we arrived at our destination. We had planned to stay there for a couple of days, not 30 minutes. It made no sense at all. I contacted Airpaz about it and they told me they "didn't see" that the change caused this problem. I had to call them multiple times and go back and forth in chat just to get anywhere. Finally they agreed to start the refund process, but said I only had 2 hours to approve it or I'd have to start the whole thing over again. I approved it within seconds and it still said expired. So I had to call again. And again. Same thing happened more than once. The worst part is the airline told me directly that they had already approved the refund on their end. But every single time I followed up with Airpaz, they kept saying they had no information from the airline at all. It felt like I was being given the runaround on purpose. I wasted so much time and energy on something that should have been simple. If you're thinking about booking with Airpaz, especially for multiple flights or anything involving real money, do yourself a favor and don't.
