Advanced cooling technology and premium build, supported by efficient customer service
I was initially surprised by this product, but unfortunately, it didn't suit the person I gifted it to due to the size of the neckband and the whistling sound of the ventilation at full power. However, the customer service was extremely responsive, attentive, and offered a satisfying solution. On the product itself, I appreciated the manufacturing quality: the finishes are very good, and it is a handsome object, though a bit bulky. The features are simple to manage directly on the device, and very detailed via the mobile app: everything is highly customizable (front and rear power settings for both ventilation and internal cooling plates). The flexible joints adapt well to most body types, even though the actual feeling will vary for each person (airflow can be felt on the face, rather on the cheeks, and towards the lower body). Big positive point: The cold diffused by the internal plates is real, not just a sensation. This makes it easier to wear the accessory over a long period by adjusting the cold zones between the neck and collarbones. I haven't tested the reversible heating mode, but it must be very pleasant. The protective case and its charging cable make it a nice, protected, and easily transportable high-tech item. The battery life is reasonable, roughly between 2 and 4 hours, and maybe more in just low fan mode. In conclusion, it is truly a fine technological object, certainly expensive, but I don't think you can find anything better currently in this product category.
