I have submitted 2 separate winnings or redemption several different times and they will not give them to me. The 1st one i literally waited 21 business days before I gave up and cancelled it because they kept giving me the run around. I verified everything including my bank statement and they still never redeemed it. So I played again and again submitted my redemption now it’s been 7 business days and they still never claim fast pay out 24-48 hours . Not me. Im also a silver and I verified everything weeks ago so there is no excuse. When I contacted customer support they just apologized and stated it’s taking longer than normal. I cant get a solid answer or reason why my redemption is taking so long. It’s the absolute worse. I hate this asinine and don’t recommend it if you want to cash out within 48 hours or even 7 days.
