A very professional service and high quality Pilates equipment
Today I have received my AG1 Studio Reformer with half tower and Wunda chair and was happy to see that it arrived in a great condition and everything was included as agreed. The equipment is sturdy and the movement is smooth. Andy has been the best sales representative I have ever dealt with. She was always quick to respond and answered all my questions. As I am planning to open my studio, I really wanted to get all the specifications right and Andy always provided a great detail of information illustrated with photos and videos. So all the customisations turned out exactly as I wanted. Andy was also very reassuring through the time that it took to deliver the items by sea freight. I look forward to working with her again. All the best. 🤍
