Zero appreciation
Diamond member or someone who has never played here treated the same... the lack of bonus or gifts handed out after hours and tons of $ is a freaking disgrace.. Customer service team and absolutely fantastic,, best out there.. but as for management being there for guests.... 0 on 10... If i had not already sunk thousands of $ into this place I would have left long ago...don't make my mistake.. Unreal
